In skyrim there are many houses you can buy but only in Markarth, Whiterun, windhelm, Riften & Solitude can you buy a house. In the cities where you can’t buy a house which are Falkreath, Mortal, Dawnstar & Winterhold, you can still become friends with someone a live there ( me and my sister have a house we can live in in every capital city of a hold ).
The College of Winterhold is a school of magic. most of the people there you can learn or buy spells from them to learn more search up trainers and you will see who the trainers are at The College of Winterhold. The College of Winterhold is also a place where you can get millions of quests. The College of Winterhold is easy to get into also you need to be in The College of Winterhold to become part of the dark brotherhood ( search the dark brotherhood to find out more) but i am not going to tell you any more. go to The College of Winterhold today in skyrim ( winterhold is the city in the top right corner of the map provided in the game).
As you may well know, there is a major group of some sort in each holds city. In Whiterun there is a group of ‘famous’ warriors known as The Companions. They help random people of Whiterun hold in any matter- whether it’s claiming back a business, or helping find a family heirloom- all of which end in you killing many creatures and becoming a ‘hero’. As The Companions headquarters is in the city of Whiterun then it is no surprise that you have to help a few citizens of Whiterun city and even report to the Jarl.
To become a thane is a great honour in skyrim, in real life its like being knighted. You can become a thane in every hold and in most holds becoming a thane means you get a housecarl. A housecarl is bacicly a house guard and follower but you can only get a housecarl if you have a house in that hold. The places you don’t get a housecarl is… Morthal, Dawnstar, Falkreath and well that’s it, all the other holds have houses you can buy so yeah it is quite helpful having a house carl
The dark brotherhood is a group of assassins who kill people. You see people do this thing called the black Sacrement and a women called the night mother hears the black Sacrement and tells the listener (the listener is the only one who can hear the night mother) and the listener tells the whole of The dark brotherhood and assassins go to the person who said the black Sacrement gets the payment for the kill and goes and murders. Then it happens all over again.
Whiterun is a very nice city that has a wall surrounding it and there are quite a few shops there but a legend lives at the place where the Jarl lives… Dragons reach. Dragons reach… legend has it that dragons reach’s bawcony is designed to trap dragons and the mighty Talos did so many years ago. Whiterun is a very nice city.
Winterhold is a very old city but the main thing about winterhold is the school of magic the College of Winterhold. winterhold is a mini city but the college serves the jarl most of the time.
